Onsite IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and knowledgeable professional to work on a variety of projects across different technologies.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think critically, and possess a strong understanding of desktop and network environments.

You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in firewall replacement, handling desktop/network issues, installing and upgrading operating systems, and software and hardware break fix.

Additionally, you should have a good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, switch and router configuration, and Wi-Fi basics.

As part of this role, you will be working with a range of tools and technologies, including Putty, Team Viewer, TFTP server, and Cisco console cable.
