Job Detail

Are you a skilled and dedicated childcare provider seeking a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care in a home-based setting?

We are currently seeking an experienced In Home Care Educator to join our team on a casual or contract basis. As an educator with us, you will be working closely with families to provide tailored care and support that meets their individual needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care in a home-based setting
  • Work closely with families to understand their individual needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote the development and well-being of children
  • Provide transportation to and from school as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Certificate 3, Diploma or Bachelor level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards one of these qualifications
  • Current Working With Children's Check
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of families

Schedule
