We're on the lookout for a dynamic, people-loving Coordinator to join our supportive team full-time at our Camira office. This role is the perfect blend of meaningful office-based work and the occasional exciting travel adventure
Overview
Most of the year, you'll be at our Camira HQ working alongside passionate colleagues — guiding educators, supporting families, and keeping everything running smoothly via phone, email, and video calls.
Responsibilities
Travel to Mackay/Moranbah 3–5 times per year for a working week; flights, hire car, accommodation, and bookings are covered by EIC, enabling you to visit educators, strengthen relationships, and make a difference in local communities.
What you'll bring
A sense of adventure and confidence to travel solo when needed.
A solid understanding of early childhood education and care (Family Day Care knowledge is a bonus).
Friendly, clear, and confident communication skills.
A knack for organisation and problem-solving.
Comfort using digital systems and video conferencing tools.
A collaborative spirit, balanced with the ability to work independently.

Must-haves
Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Positive Notice Blue Card.
Recent Police Check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (HLTAID012).
Acceptance as a Responsible Person.
Full Driver's Licence.
