• Our Care Team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide exceptional care and support to our clients.

• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• This role involves providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes or in our facilities, including assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and promoting independence and well-being.

• You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.

• In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or in our facilities
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Managing medication and ensuring accurate administration
  • Promoting independence and well-being through skill development and empowerment
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement tailored care plans
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and current First Aid and CPR certificates

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional boundaries
