About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Coordinator to join our Assurance, Integration, and Change team at RAC WA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate program/project progress and performance meetings, supporting the preparation of materials including minutes and agenda distribution.
  • Support the creation and review of project governance artefacts, such as implementation plans and schedules, project status reporting and closure reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders to solicit and share information related to program/projects and explore opportunities to collaborate and seek alignment.
  • Facilitate adoption of strategic and project management processes, tools and systems through established processes, and the provision of advice and guidance.
  • Coordinate, analyze, track, and report progress and performance of strategic projects and deliverables.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of reporting metrics, data, and insights.
  • Track and analysis of actual and forecasted costs, projected benefits and resource planning for projects and strategic initiatives portfolio.
  • Undertake project health checks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Review processes and completed projects to inform continuous improvement opportunities and assisting in communicating and implementing learnings for future business projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Support iterative enhancements of strategy and project management tools, templates, processes, and documentation.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the management of project controls and project delivery.
  • Experience with project management tools and an understanding of project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a diverse environment, with evolving priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Advanced PowerBI and Excel skills desirable.
  • Experience in governance and assurance reporting desirable.
  • An understanding of Agile ways of working desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline desirable.
