Job Title: Portfolio Administrator

As a Portfolio Administrator at XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of programs and projects. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating program activities, preparing data, and assisting with reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist program and project managers in delivering regular processes required during the lifecycle of a program or project;

Prepare data under the direction of colleagues and the project team;

Assist with reporting at regular intervals and create reports when requested for stakeholders;

Liaise with analysts to identify when corrective interventions are required;

Assist with the development and management of effective dashboard reporting at the project, program, and portfolio levels;

Engage with senior stakeholders to assist colleagues with capital approval, progress reporting, risk management, and governance;

Requirements:

Demonstrated understanding of project methodologies and an interest in the energy sector;

Experience in compiling data and producing reports, along with an understanding of financial reports, documentation, and tools required within project management;

Experience in or knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Clarity/Horizon);

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Access;

Ability to work within a team, while also using initiative to complete regular ongoing tasks and provide advice or support to colleagues as required;

Education:

Tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline (business or information technology);

Experience in administrating small to large projects, preferably across a range of industries including within the energy industry;

Experience in a project environment requiring well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and consulting skills, working with clients who are at a management level.
