About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Australia Post. As a trusted advisor to our operational stakeholders and senior management, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to enable informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial insight into operational activities and analysis of results
  • Develop business cases and investment proposals
  • Facilitate the development of projects/processes to enable productivity and performance improvement
  • Review and evaluate business cases and investment proposals
  • Develop strong working relationships with client groups to provide relevant commercial advice and insights

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Membership to an Accounting professional accreditation (CA/CPA)
  • Great understanding of the e-commerce market and industry knowledge such as logistics and supply chain operations
  • Demonstrated ability to provide proactive Finance Business Partnering services
  • Experience with financial systems in a large organisation, including strong PC skills (particularly Microsoft Excel) and data extraction from SAP, Tableau or other data analysis software/systems
