About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Australia Post. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial management and business performance support to our Network Operations within the SA/NT & WA Delivery Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial insight into operational activities and analysis of results
  • Input to the development of business cases as required
  • Full accountability for reporting, planning and forecasting for SA/NT & WA Network Operations
  • Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Track and report on business initiatives and their associated benefits
  • Apply analytical skills and commercial judgement to challenge and influence business decisions
  • Identify, analyse, and report opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost management
  • Facilitate the development of projects/processes to enable the achievement of productivity and performance improvement across the Delivery Network
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial systems and data analysis. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Membership to an Accounting professional accreditation (CA/CPA) is essential. Great understanding of the e Commerce market and industry knowledge such as logistics and supply chain operations would be beneficial.
