About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled P&C Operations Analyst to join our fast-paced People and Culture Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the employee lifecycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, HRIS management, contract management reporting and compliance, amongst other tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional communication and internal network building skills to support the team's objectives.
  • Manage information in a professional, discreet and confidential manner, ensuring the highest level of data security and integrity.
  • Utilize the Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience working with HR technology platforms such as SAP Success Factors and HROnboard.
  • Work in a reactive, deadline-driven environment and team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Support a range of other P&C processes, including remuneration and benefits, acquisitions, system implementations, and participate in various projects and committees across the business.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using HR information systems/payroll systems, particularly SAP, would be advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide timely, appropriate and accurate advice.
  • Fantastic people skills, with the ability to prioritize, high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
