FP&A Lead

Culture Amp is seeking an exceptional FP&A Lead to join our team and support our growth strategy. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will be responsible for managing global planning cycles, ensuring alignment, and driving financial performance across the organization.
You will oversee the Long Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan process, support the Senior FP&A Analyst in driving the Quarterly Reforecast process, and provide ad-hoc commercial support, including improving process design, driving new initiatives, and performing trend analysis.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, with a minimum of 2 years in an in-house team, and be CA/CPA qualified. They will have proven experience managing global planning cycles, using a planning tool, and advising senior stakeholders in a commercial support function.
As a team player, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and taking initiative to drive continuous improvement. You will be agile, able to navigate multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment, and have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Success in 3 months will look like having a detailed understanding of our business, understanding the Culture Amp operating plan, and identifying opportunities to improve the planning process.
