P&C Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled P&C Operations Analyst to join our fast-paced People and Culture Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the employee lifecycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, HRIS management, contract management, reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional communication and internal network building skills to support the team's objectives.
- Manage sensitive information in a professional, discreet, and confidential manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience working with HR technology platforms such as SAP Success Factors and HROnboard.
- Work in a reactive, deadline-driven environment and team, with a strong attention to detail.
- Support a range of P&C processes, including remuneration and benefits, acquisitions, system implementations, and participate in various projects and committees across the business.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using HR information systems/payroll systems, particularly SAP, would be advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in providing timely, appropriate, and accurate advice.
- Highly effective communication skills.
- Fantastic people skills with the ability to prioritize, high level of attention to detail, and accuracy.
