About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled P&C Operations Analyst to join our fast-paced People and Culture Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the employee life cycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, HRIS management, contract management reporting and compliance, amongst other tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the employee life cycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, HRIS management, contract management reporting and compliance.
  • Support a range of other P&C processes, including remuneration and benefits, acquisitions, system implementations and participate in various projects and committees across the business.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide timely and effective advice and support to business areas on P&C matters.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to ensure seamless delivery of P&C services.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using HR information systems/payroll systems, particularly SAP, would be advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel.
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in provision of timely, appropriate and accurate advice.
  • Highly effective communication skills.
  • Fantastic people skills with the ability to prioritise, high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
