Job Description

The Allied Health Professional will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and families.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans and deliver individualized interventions to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collect, analyze and review client and service outcome data to inform improvements in care delivery.

Requirements

  • Registration with the relevant National Board or professional association.
  • Current Working with Children Registration (where applicable).
