We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Registered Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Expertise: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage IV therapy, and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Family Support: Engage with families to provide education, emotional support, and guidance throughout the child's hospital stay.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with paediatricians, allied health professionals, and external services to ensure continuity of care.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Patient Advocacy: Ensure the rights, safety, and wellbeing of paediatric patients are upheld at all times.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
