About the Role

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on a range of corporate transactions, advise on regulatory matters, draft commercial agreements, and support senior lawyers on complex local and cross-border deals.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have 3–4 years' post-admission experience in M&A and capital markets work, preferably within a mid or top-tier firm
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
