We are seeking an experienced Aquatic Programs Instructor to deliver engaging swimming lessons to children aged 5–12 from town and remote schools.
This role combines hands-on teaching with coordination and mentorship, requiring you to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that builds water confidence and essential life skills in young learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching and Lesson Planning: Deliver high-impact swimming lessons that cater to diverse skill levels and abilities of students aged 5–12.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Support lesson planning, work closely with schools, and guide fellow instructors to ensure seamless delivery of aquatic programs.
- Program Development: Contribute to the design and development of innovative aquatic programs that make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
