Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the Northern/Eastern suburbs of Perth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a designated geographic territory and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including route and HORECA partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, and negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Proven sales and territory management experience, preferably in the dairy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
