Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with SMBs to present and sell SaaS solutions, driving new business opportunities and establishing strong client relationships.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals by actively prospecting for new customers, managing sales cycles, and closing deals.
  • Reporting on sales performance, tracking key metrics, and ensuring alignment with KPIs to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Identifying and investigating potential business opportunities, building and maintaining a robust prospect list, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Understanding client requirements, offering personalized SaaS solutions, and providing exceptional service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing your own schedule and sales activities with minimal supervision, balancing time between client meetings and administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this role will be a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in client-facing sales, particularly within the SMB sector. They will excel in a commission-based environment and demonstrate a strong ability to generate new business and exceed sales targets. Key qualities include:

  • A history of successful sales performance, especially in B2B settings, with experience in high-transaction, shorter sales cycles.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing their own schedule and driving their own success.
  • A proactive, driven approach with a focus on consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong skills in understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships.
