About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Facing Solution Sales: Engage directly with small and medium-sized enterprises to present and sell digital solutions, driving new business opportunities and establishing strong client relationships.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals by actively prospecting for new customers, managing sales cycles, and closing deals.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Regularly report on sales performance, track key metrics, and ensure alignment with key performance indicators to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Business Development: Identify and investigate potential business opportunities, build and maintain a robust prospect list, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Client Interaction: Understand client requirements, offer personalized digital solutions, and provide exceptional service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Autonomous Work: Manage your own schedule and sales activities with minimal supervision, balancing time between client meetings and administrative tasks, including working from home.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: A history of successful sales performance, especially in B2B settings, with experience in high-transaction, shorter sales cycles.
  • Autonomy and Initiative: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own schedule and driving your own success.
