Contract Management Role:
">We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Procurement and Enterprise Services team.
">This 6-month fixed-term contract will involve working part-time, flexible hours averaging 3 days a week.
">As a Contracts Administrator, you will deliver end-to-end contract management, ensuring compliance with best practices, regulatory obligations, and business needs.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Implement effective contract management processes and procedures.">
- Provide day-to-day contract administration and commercial support to the Procurement, Commercial and Project Delivery teams.">
- Lead contract-related processes, including tracking deliverables against contracts, developing notices, managing minor variations, and ensuring timely outcomes.">
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to effectively liaise on contract matters and achieve objectives.">
- Coordinate and manage contract activities, such as document control, interpreting and applying contract terms, interactions with legal for contract drafting, and administration for projects and work packages.">
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to review and manage the contract portfolio, supporting strategic and operational goals.">
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to contract processes and business outcomes.">
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on contract activities, risks, and progress against key performance indicators.">
