Troocoo is partnering with a respected organisation based in Brisbane.
Due to internal promotions and new projects, multiple opportunities are available for Contract Managers across permanent and contract roles.
The Company
Troocoo is collaborating with a reputable organisation in Brisbane, offering roles to support their growth and project needs.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, these roles focus on post-award contract management activities across diverse goods and services portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-award contract activities including variations, extensions, performance monitoring, governance, and close-out.
Prepare procurement documentation such as approvals, evaluation reports, award recommendations, and amendments.
Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery of commercial objectives.
Support procurement strategies for continuous improvement and transformation.
Conduct market and commercial analysis to inform decisions on contract performance and supplier engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to drive value and mitigate risks.
Provide expert advice to internal and external parties, ensuring compliance and effective delivery.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or category management, especially post-award activities.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
