Senior Contract Administrator Position

The Senior Contract Administrator will be part of our growing Queensland team, working closely with a commercial unit to ensure the success of multiple projects.

  • Ensure compliance with client contracts throughout project duration
  • Oversee project start-up, procurement, delivery, and close-out
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
  • Monitor commissioning activities, including documentation
  • Collaborate with the project team to adhere to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain relevant registers tracking and substantiating the project's commercial position

About You:

  • Understanding of risks and opportunities associated with project contractual agreements
  • Strong knowledge of project administration and control
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Project Management)
  • Negotiation, conflict, and influencing skills
  • Effective communication skills for various audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
