Appliance Service Technician

About the Role
Fisher & Paykel Customer Services Pty Ltd is a global company with a strong design heritage, driven by values of being trusted, sustainably minded, innovative, generous, and curious.
We are seeking a high calibre Appliance Service Technician to join our Sydney team, who is sustainably minded and can repair appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions
- Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
- Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory
Requirements:
- Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimum
- Strong communication skills and strong PC skills
- Provide premium customer service
- Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
