About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Culligan Australia. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service, repairs, and maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems. Your technical expertise and troubleshooting skills will enable you to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot using service manuals, computerized diagnostics, and general technical experience.
  • Conduct diagnostics for repairs and complete assessments for customers.
  • Liaise with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and arrange follow-up appointments if required.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through follow-up of quotes, new business development leads, and after-sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Service Technician with a focus on Plumbing, including experience with installations, repairs, service, and maintenance.
  • Cert 3 in Plumbing.
  • Experience in a similar field as a Service Technician, preferably in water, coffee, appliances, or related industries.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Demonstrated experience in fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
