Lead innovative research ventures for lasting impact. Develop and support a pipeline of commercialization opportunities from early-stage identification to pre-seed stage and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and curate a technology pipeline with stakeholders
• Provide recommendations and advice at senior management and executive management levels
• Guide and assist founders and early-stage technology companies to develop businesses and achieve success
• Complex venture/deal structuring experience to ensure models align RMIT interests with investors and partners

Requirements:
• Postgraduate degree in science, technology, and/or business with demonstrated experience in commercializing university research or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
• Experience managing and curating technology pipelines
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills
• Risk management experience in establishing commercial initiatives
• Proven ability to work across various technology options and deliver results in complex organizations
