Strategic Advisor: Workforce Development and Change Management
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will provide strategic guidance on HR matters that align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that enhance organisational agility.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Support the development of HR policies and procedures that foster a positive work culture.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Facilitate learning and development programs to build organisational capability and capacity.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a blue-collar workforce environment with a strong understanding of workforce planning and organisational design principles.
- At least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a proven track record in strategic HR roles within the Public Sector.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to navigate complex political landscapes.
- Ability to analyse and interpret workforce data effectively to inform business decisions.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements with a focus on workforce management.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
