Job Description

As a key player in our transmission and renewables team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience and stability of our network. You will be responsible for conducting system fault analysis, developing protection grading strategies, and overseeing functional design and design integration for complex transmission projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough system fault analysis to guarantee network reliability and stability.
  • Develop optimized protection grading strategies to enhance system performance.
  • Lead the development of functional designs and ensure seamless design integration for large-scale transmission projects.
  • Provide expertise in transmission network systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment with our protection and automation specifications, driving application and implementation efforts forward.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in protection engineering, secondary design, and automation.
  • Proven expertise in transmission network projects, preferably within an EPC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with internal and external teams.
