In this key leadership role, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive network protection strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of our transmission systems.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze system faults to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to prevent future disruptions.
- Create and implement grading strategies to optimize network performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate complex transmission projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on transmission network systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Substantial experience in protection engineering, secondary design, and automation, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Expertise in transmission network projects, preferably within an EPC environment, with a deep understanding of Transgrid protection & automation requirements.
