Hay Processing Specialist

We are seeking motivated individuals to work in a press operation on a permanent, full-time basis.
- Operate equipment efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.
- Maintain machinery in optimal working condition to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manual handling of products with care and attention to detail.
- Assist with inventory management and completion of documentation.
- Ensure the work area remains clean and organized to maintain health and safety standards.
- Fully utilize skills and knowledge to achieve personal and team goals.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
- Prioritize workload to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as required.
- Experience in Agriculture, specifically with Hay, is highly desirable.
- Understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Previous experience in an organization with a focus on health and safety.
- Ability to supervise a small team and contribute to a positive team environment.
- A competitive hourly rate + penalties + superannuation.
- Overtime paid as required.
