About the Job

We are seeking skilled workers to join our team as a Hay Production Specialist on a permanent, full-time basis. Our company is a major processor and exporter of animal fodder to overseas markets.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the Hay Press Equipment
  • Operate Various Mobile Machinery
  • Handle and Move Pressed Product
  • Manage Inventory and Complete Paperwork Tasks
  • Ensure a Clean Work Area
  • Maintain a High Standard of Health and Safety at All Times
To be successful in this role
  • You must be able to work rotating shifts (1 week of days / 1 week of nights)
  • You must have previous experience in Agriculture, specifically with Hay Production
  • An understanding of Quality Control Processes is essential
  • Experience working in an organization with a focus on Health and Safety in the workplace is required
  • Excellent Communication Skills are necessary
