As a facilities management professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient coordination of services across multiple sites and contracts.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes, driving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This involves working closely with clients and internal teams to implement strategic plans and promote service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver services in line with customer key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level expectations.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and promote service excellence across contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting audits and managing risks.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have a degree or trade qualification with at least 5 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance. You should also possess strong leadership and project planning skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
