Principal Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our team in the South West region of Western Australia.

As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services across various schemes, including Workcover, Com Care, DVA, and Life Insurance industries.

You will work closely with our Regional Team Leader and State Manager to support our customer network and contribute to the improvement of our team's knowledge and efficiency.

Our Principal Consultants are key members of our leadership team and are actively involved in continuous improvement and strategic projects.

We are looking for a driven and energetic professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, who can utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes.

You will have the confidence to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with key customers.

This role can be full-time or part-time, and we are flexible.

Requirements
  • Professional Registration with either AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW
  • Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work
  • A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality, and Service Delivery KPIs
  • Contribution to the development of others
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth
  • Current driver's licence and car
