Expert Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant

IPAR, a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Australia, is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team in the South West region of Western Australia.
This key leadership role involves managing a portfolio of customers, providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services across various schemes, including Workcover, ComCare, DVA, and Life Insurance industries.
As a seasoned professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, you will have responsibility for supporting our Regional Team Leader and State Manager with customer network management and strategic projects.
You will be a driven and energetic individual with the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. Your personable approach will assist in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong relationships with key customers.
This full-time or part-time position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to excel in a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload
- Proven ability to exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality, and Service Delivery KPIs
- Ability to contribute to the development of others and work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth
In return, IPAR offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
