Job Description

IPAR is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our team in the South West region of WA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services across various schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and provide return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services.
  • Work closely with the Regional Team Leader and State Manager to improve customer network and team knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of others and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve services.

Requirements:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW.
  • Allied Health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work.
  • A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload.
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality, and Service Delivery KPIs.
