About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Bunbury.

Job Description
  • Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve successful outcomes for all parties involved.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, exercise physiology, chiropractic or physiotherapy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement programs to assist injured employees in returning to work
  • Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed
