About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at IPAR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services across various schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and provide return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Team Leader and State Manager to improve customer network and team knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of others and demonstrate ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload
  • Exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality, and Service Delivery KPIs

Requirements

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW
  • Allied health qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, rehabilitation counselling, or social work
  • Minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth
