Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Mobility Support: Deliver expert tax advisory and compliance services focused on employee relocation, working closely with HR, payroll, and other teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage complex tax and regulatory challenges for business travelers, provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work, and contribute to global workforce planning through cutting-edge mobility solutions.
- Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise: Offer specialized guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness and governance.
Skills And Attributes For Success:
- Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
- Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
- Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
