Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled National Workforce Strategist to join our dynamic team.

This role is integral to the overall operational planning, ensuring effective resource positioning to support the organisation's goal of achieving excellence in customer service. As the National Workforce Strategist, you will be responsible for managing National Resource Planning activities across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and experience in Resource Planning or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Key responsibilities include assisting the National Workforce Planning Manager in all resource planning activities, researching and proposing options for optimising resource deployment, collaborating with the Training department to identify resource needs and support the development of optimised training plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Resource Planning or a related field
  • Experience in Resource Planning or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
