Job Title: Global Enablement Content Strategist

The role of a Global Enablement Content Strategist is to develop and implement a world-class global sales training and enablement content function.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales enablement and content development, with experience in leveraging AI and authoring tools. They will be able to lead a team of content managers and oversee the development of global training content in collaboration with marketing and other SMEs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and leading the successful execution of the sales enablement plan and programs
  • Leading a team of content managers and overseeing the development of global training content
  • Identifying and leveraging content development tools to support a content function focused on scale and impact
  • Ensuring alignment of field enablement content with key internal and external events
  • Managing and driving online, self-paced onboarding and result-driven continuous learning

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members, as well as exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills. They will also be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, skilled at project management and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires a deep understanding of sales enablement strategies and best practices, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective solutions to drive business results.

In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their full potential. They will also be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, product, and sales teams.
