Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transport Logistics Executive to lead our end-to-end transport function in Western Australia. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing people, fleet, resources, compliance, safety, and cost while driving performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement across all transport functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance service delivery, reduce cost, and improve fleet efficiency by aligning with national objectives and commercial goals.
  • Planning: Strategically plan all transport operations to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight according to customer orders and requirements.
  • Financial Management: Effectively manage staff resources, company assets, and subcontractors to meet budget measures.
  • Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV or higher in Transport & Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience in heavy vehicle transport (e.g., linehaul, interstate freight).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in transport/logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
