Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and present financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting

- Introduce new processes and software to improve business practices and efficiencies

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in the beverage or hospitality industry

- Degree in business management or master's in business administration

- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels

- Relevant production and sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry

- Charisma and great interpersonal skills
