Your Role as a Secrets Business Leader:

Lead & Inspire– Coach and elevate your team to success.

Own the Results– Drive sales and performance with strategic planning.

Deliver Luxury– Create unforgettable experiences for every customer.

Grow Your Business– Build a loyal client base and run your store like it's your own.

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing KPIs)

A track record of team development and business growth

A passion for premium customer service

Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room

High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro

Bonus: Tertiary education and retail operations experience
