About This Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished National Business Development Leader to drive our sales strategy across Australia. This role will be responsible for owning the national sales revenue and customer relationships, spanning both dealer and direct channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve national growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse national sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with our commercial team to develop leasing solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior business development or sales leadership role, preferably in wholesale and direct distribution.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading large, diverse teams.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A current driver's licence and passport is required, as travel is necessary for this role.
