Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and results-driven – someone who thrives on strategy but can also manage execution with precision.

This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the full marketing campaign for each development, from brand positioning through to the buyer journey.

A key aspect of this position is leading the end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple developments.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic marketer with a strong background in property industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple developments
  • Collaborate with sales team to review, adapt, and improve campaigns based on buyer behaviour and sales insights
  • Manage external design consultants to deliver key collateral including branding, hoarding, brochures, signage, and digital assets
  • Oversee CRM management and customer journey mapping, including automation and lead nurturing workflows
  • Confidently manage and update WordPress websites (Elementor), with a strong understanding of SEO and digital performance tracking
  • Plan and implement EDM campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting
  • Oversee and execute social media strategies – including creative briefs and scheduling shoots
  • Manage and grow social platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for various projects
