Senior Civil Construction Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of challenging civil construction projects across various industry sectors.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Tender management
- Planning and scheduling
- Site project team management
- Quality, cost, and time management
- Management report preparation
- Conflict resolution and stakeholder liaison
- Resource coordination and recruitment
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5-15+ years of management experience on civil construction projects with a project value of $5m to $20m+
- Project management qualifications are advantageous
- A proven understanding of construction principles and practices
- The ability to effectively lead and delegate tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
