Job Opportunity: Change Management Expert

Our client is a leading provider of aged care services, at the forefront of technological innovation in this industry. They value collaboration and utilise technology as a business enabler.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-priority projects by providing practical implementation support, expert guidance, and capability building in change management practices. This position is responsible for applying our organisation's change management framework by assisting project teams with analysing, planning, executing, and reviewing change initiatives.

  • The successful candidate will work in close partnership with stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives transition smoothly and achieve their intended outcomes. The role also contributes to change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and the development of communication strategies, training plans, and other supporting artefacts.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with assessing change impact and developing strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience working in aged care or not-for-profit sectors;
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
  • Experience working through change or project lifecycle, including conducting stakeholder analysis, conducting change impact assessments and assessing organisational change readiness;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with assessing change impact and developing strategies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
