Job Title: Change Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Implementation Specialist to lead high-priority projects and provide expert guidance on change management practices.

  • This role will apply our change management framework to support project teams with analysing, planning, executing, and reviewing change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure smooth project transitions and intended outcomes.
  • Contributing to change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of change activities.

Requirements:

  • Aged Care or Not For Profit experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess change impact and develop strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
