Job Opportunity:

Transformational Lead

A challenging opportunity exists to lead and implement transformational change activities across a project using structured methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support the development of new operational models, strategies and plans.
  • Work closely with various teams to document and communicate change, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • The Transformational Lead will provide expert advice on change management matters, strategies and solutions, ensuring the outputs meet the project vision, objectives and values.
About the Role:

Lead and manage complex change management processes in a health service environment.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing change management initiatives within a health or similarly complex service environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to co-design and document new operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills with a proven ability to anticipate and address organisational cultural barriers to change.
  • High-level analytical, planning and risk management skills with demonstrated experience in identifying and managing clinical and non-clinical risks.
  • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
