Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Professional to support the delivery of high-priority projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring that organisational changes are implemented smoothly and effectively.

About the Role:

The Senior Change Management Professional will be responsible for applying our change management framework by assisting project teams with analysing, planning, executing, and reviewing change initiatives. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects and initiatives transition smoothly and achieve their intended outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply the organisation's change management framework to support the delivery of high-priority projects
  • Assist project teams with analysing, planning, executing, and reviewing change initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects and initiatives transition smoothly and achieve their intended outcomes
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organisational change readiness assessments
  • Develop communication strategies, training plans, and other supporting artefacts

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Aged Care or Not For Profit experience
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience working through change or project lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
