This role offers the ideal opportunity for hands-on professionals to advance beyond daily production or planning activities.

You will collaborate with a senior long-term engineer to design and deliver essential mine infrastructure projects such as ventilation systems, power and air distribution, water networks, pumping stations, pipelines, and communications.

The monthly mine schedule must be managed by you, embedding critical infrastructure tasks into the operational plan to support both reliable production and strategic expansion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver Life-of-Mine (LOM) infrastructure designs
  • Plan and integrate capital projects into the monthly planning process
  • Own the mine scheduling cycle, ensuring infrastructure aligns with production goals
  • Support the Senior Long-Term Engineer throughout project execution
  • Act as Technical Services liaison within the underground operation
  • Offer daily operational advice and support to production teams

A degree in mining engineering is required, along with 4–5+ years of experience in underground production mining. Experience in asset lifecycle planning and mid-term scheduling is also necessary.

A solid safety mindset and commitment to continuous improvement are expected from candidates.
